Rachel Gene May is Pastor at Boulevard UMC on Broad in Richmond. Her faith community decided by consensus to sell two historic, urban church buildings for a hopeful future. They are now gathering at a new urban space, which they lease, and learning what it means to abide in a way that's neither "a new church start" nor "congregational revitalization".
