​​​​​​​On December 1 and 2, 2018, I participated in an interfaith “pulpit swap” with my dear friend and colleague, Rev. Hollie Woodruff, of Seventh Street Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Richmond. She gave a magnificent sermon at Temple Beth-El this past Shabbat. I then had the honor of speaking at Seventh Street on Sunday, December 2 (coinciding with the first Sunday of Advent and the eve of the first night of Hanukkah).
