The Talmud teaches that 30 days before Passover, we should start learning about the holiday and its meaning. In that spirit, I humbly offer "30 Days of Liberation." For each of the next 30 days, I will offer a brief message drawn from the wisdom of Passover. I hope you find these messages meaningful and inspiring. Feel free to share/forward.
30 Days of Liberation: Day 27 In Egypt, there is a clear hierarchy: there is Pharaoh, and there is everyone else. The King of Egypt has no equal. More importantly, he sees no one as his equal. If there’s a problem, his mentality is “I alone can fix it.” Contrast this attitude with that of Moses, who constantly feels inadequate. Moses seeks and accepts advice and guidance. He relies on the support of others, partnering, collaborating, delegating, sharing. For the Israelites, redemption is a group effort, a team sport. None of us alone can fix it. But working together, there’s no limit to the obstacles we can overcome, the brokenness we can repair.
We have raised over $80,000!! Help us get to the $100,000 goal!
