Honey Cake

Debbie Minden (OBM)


Ingredients

3.5 C flour
2 t baking soda
½ t salt
Pinch of cinnamon
½ t ground cloves
1 t lemon extract
1 t vanilla
1 C vegetable oil
1 ¼ C honey
1 ½ C sugar
4 eggs
1 C strong coffee

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 350 (Fahrenheit)

2.  Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

3.  Add all wet ingredients and mix.

4.  Pour into 2-3 8x4 ½- inch loaf pans.

5.  Bake 45-55 minutes
